At A Vicens Maquinària Agrícola SA, official John Deere dealer, we are selecting a maintenance operator whose mission is to provide general structural support at the Gurb center. \- General structural maintenance tasks at the facilities. \- Tractor cleaning to improve client delivery. \- Preparation of the workspace, support in workshop organization, and maintenance of order. \- Support for simple assembly of accessories or non-technical parts. \- Periodic inspection of the general condition of the workshop, warehouse, offices, and outdoor areas. \- Care and maintenance of yard areas, parking lots, and access routes. \- Collection and organization of basic tools. \- Light bulb replacement, repositioning of luminaires, and basic wiring inspection. \- Assistance in moving light objects or relocating materials. \- Replacement or adjustment of simple components. \- Maintenance of clean access routes and surrounding areas. \- Support in basic machinery movements. \- Execution of multi-center transfers for material transportation. \- Verification of consumables shortages (silicone, screws, paints…). * Minimum 3 years’ experience. \- Ability to carry out minor repairs without supervision. \- Autonomy, orderliness, and responsibility. \- Proactive attitude and good communication with the workshop and spare parts department are essential. \- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and metal/ironmongery carpentry is desirable. * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position
