We are seeking personnel to work in a factory dedicated to the production of double-glazed units. Main tasks include preparing glass, cutting profiles, performing assembly operations, and keeping the workplace tidy and clean. No specific training or prior experience is required, although knowledge in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or home automation will be valued. Most importantly, candidates must demonstrate a positive attitude, commitment, and strong motivation to learn and work. This position offers an indefinite-term contract, including the corresponding probationary period. Working hours are full-time, Monday through Friday, with rotating shifts: one week on the morning shift (07:00–15:00) and the following week on the afternoon shift (15:00–23:00). Salary will comply with the current collective bargaining agreement.
