We seek a **technical, creative, organized, and solution-oriented** individual capable of bridging design, industrial processes, and customer needs. What will be your mission? You will participate in the technical definition and development of our products, ensuring that designs, tooling, and manufacturing specifications are technically sound and available within established deadlines. You will work on both structural packaging development and aspects related to graphic design, printing, color, and artwork preparation—collaborating closely with Sales and Production. What will you do daily? * Design and develop structural packaging solutions, drawings, sketches, and samples. Prepare and validate designs and developments prior to manufacturing. Work with design tools such as **ArtiosCAD** and **Adobe Illustrator**. Prepare and adapt graphic files for various printing systems. Participate in color management and printing element management. Define and maintain information related to manufacturing routes and processes. Prepare samples using cutting and drawing plotters. Provide technical support to the Sales Department, translating customer requirements into industrially viable solutions. Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality, cost, service, and productivity requirements. Participate in continuous improvement of products, designs, and departmental processes. What are we looking for? Education related to **Industrial Design and Product Development, Graphic Design, Engineering, Graphic Arts, or similar fields**. * Knowledge of structural design. Proficiency in ArtiosCAD or equivalent software. Strong command of Adobe Illustrator and graphic design tools. Knowledge of color, prepress, and printing processes. Ability to interpret and develop technical drawings. Understanding of industrial production processes and routine use of Office applications. Knowledge of **FEFCO, FSC, chain of custody**, and corrugated board or packaging environments is desirable. Relevant experience preferred. Preferably around **3 years of experience** in similar roles. Candidates with less experience but possessing a solid technical foundation, strong learning ability, and development potential will also be considered. What kind of person are we looking for? * Organized, methodical, and autonomous. Detail-oriented and quality-focused. Agile and solution-oriented, with strong time and priority management skills. Capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Comfortable collaborating with Sales, Production, and other departments. What do we offer? * Integration into an industrial environment specialized in packaging. A technical position with cross-functional visibility—from initial concept through to product manufacturing. The opportunity to combine design, creativity, and technical expertise. Professional development in structural design, printing, color, production processes, and packaging-related technologies. Integration into a technical team with direct contact across various company departments.
