




Job Summary: Support in managing the registration of incoming goods in the ERP system and special operational activities related to the entry and exit of goods at a logistics center. As part of the Logistics Office team, your mission is to manage the registration of incoming goods in the ERP system at the logistics center, as well as handle various special operational tasks related to the management of goods entry and exit within the system. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Support the daily registration process in the ERP system for all incoming goods at the logistics center with sufficient lead time, correcting any discrepancies in information provided by suppliers and ensuring correct transfer of entries to the SGA system. * Support handling order-related incidents for online orders, including processing corresponding credits and stock transfers, and reconciling stock movements. * Support handling transportation incidents for web order shipments, generating corresponding invoices. * Support managing and tracking special operations such as Wholesale Sales, coordinated order receipts, and customs warehouse entries and exits. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Higher Vocational Training in Logistics, or equivalent. * Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google tools. * English proficiency level B2 or higher. * Preferred: Administrative experience. **What else do we offer?** * Employee discount. * Sports facilities: High-end professional gym, football, basketball, and two paddle tennis courts. * Personalized development plan and career progression within an international environment. * Continuous training in both hard skills and soft skills. **About the Group:** We opened our first Sprinter store in Valencia in 1995 and have since become the destination for those passionate about sports and sportswear.
