**Description:** ---------------- **Hospital Ribera Covadonga is seeking a Billing Technician** Description: This position will be a member of the Hospital's billing team, covering the various types of clients: * Ensure that billing is carried out in accordance with business rules and current tax regulations for each client type. * Ensure the integrity of the Hospital's billing based on the activities performed. * Implement electronic invoicing, evaluating and resolving any incidents that may arise during the process. * Automate processes for reviewing billing and activity. * Promote digitalization across the department’s various processes. * Coordinate with the accounts receivable department to ensure workflows operate correctly. * Other tasks inherent to the department. **Requirements:** --------------- * Academic qualifications: Higher Technician in Administration and Finance * Prior experience: * Previous experience performing the above-mentioned duties within a healthcare setting (hospitals, clinics, health insurance providers, etc.). * Experience working in dynamic environments with a results-oriented approach. * Experience handling large volumes of invoices and diverse client types is desirable. * Technical and Management Skills: * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (primarily Excel) is essential. * Ability to make decisions and resolve problems autonomously, providing appropriate reporting. * Strong communication skills and assertiveness. * Effective time management.
