You'll own project lifecycles from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring technical excellence while fostering team collaboration. ✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ **Education:** Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related tech field **Experience:** 3\+ years leading data\-focused projects as Project Manager/Scrum Master **Technical:** Proven track record with data platforms (SQL, cloud analytics, ETL pipelines) **Languages:** Professional fluency in English (C1\+) Core Competencies **Negotiation:** Navigate competing priorities between business and technical teams **Communication:** Present complex data concepts to non\-technical executives **Leadership:** Inspire distributed teams through change and uncertainty **Empathy:** Understand stakeholder challenges to build trust and buy\-in WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
