




Job Summary: An administrative position is available to perform document management, accounting, and general office support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handling office software and management applications A full-time administrative position is offered in Churriana de la Vega (Granada). Tasks include registering and archiving accounting and administrative documents, entering data into economic management software, and supporting invoice processing and expense justification procedures. Additional duties involve basic document verification, classification and organization of files, generating lists and copies, and providing telephone and in-person assistance for simple procedures. Additionally, the role includes managing email correspondence, distributing internal documentation, assisting with payment preparation and document tracking, digitizing and scanning documents, updating databases, and collaborating on auxiliary treasury and accounting tasks under supervision. Proficiency in office software—including word processors, spreadsheets, and corporate applications—is required. The contract is temporary, full-time, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 15:00. The monthly salary is 2\.148 euros. This position is a replacement due to temporary disability and maternity leave.
