Job Summary: We are seeking support for the food quality and safety area, performing supervision, review of records, document management, and assistance in training sessions and audits. Initial training and mentoring We need a person to support the food quality and safety area at an industrial plant in Almunia de San Juan (Huesca). Main responsibilities will include supervising controls and inspections at the factory, reviewing and archiving cleaning records, and managing quality documentation. You will also assist with certificate management and external controls, and collaborate on internal training sessions and audits. A vocational qualification in Food, Industry, or Laboratory is preferred. Prior experience is not required, but organizational skills, responsibility, and willingness to learn are essential. Residency in Monzón or nearby areas is desirable, along with a valid Class B driver's license and personal vehicle. A stable full-time contract is offered, with an approximate gross annual salary of 21\.600 €. Initial training and mentoring will be provided in a positive working environment.
