Flexible working hours and intensive schedule on Fridays At Rodi Motor Services, a leading company in the automotive aftermarket sector with over 180 centers and currently expanding, we are seeking to hire a General Controller at our Lleida headquarters to provide cross-functional support to the Procurement and Supply department. **Job Mission:** Analyze, supervise, and optimize processes and data related to Procurement and Supply, ensuring cost control, margin management, commercial terms oversight, and proper operational information management, thereby contributing to continuous improvement and strategic decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Analysis and monitoring of costs, margins, and variances * Control and supervision of commercial policies and supplier terms * Preparation and monitoring of departmental reports and KPIs * Analysis of procurement, stock, and supply data * Review and validation of ERP (Business Central) configurations * Monitoring of rebates, commercial contributions, and provisions * Identification of operational issues and proposal of internal process improvements * Cross-functional coordination with Procurement, Supply, Administration, and Management * Support in process optimization and operational analysis * Participation in data improvement and automation projects **Requirements** -------------- * \+2 years of experience in controlling, procurement, supply, or business analysis * Experience in the automotive, industrial, retail, or distribution sectors is desirable * Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile * Advanced Excel and data analysis skills * Experience with ERP Business Central is desirable * Ability to handle large volumes of information * Knowledge of cost structures, margins, and stock management is desirable * Spoken and written English (desirable) **Education** ------------- * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field * Candidates with operational experience in procurement or supply, progressing toward controlling or analytics roles, will be highly valued **We Offer** ------------- * Permanent contract * Full-time position * Flexible morning and afternoon schedule Monday through Thursday; intensive schedule on Friday * Real opportunities for growth and internal promotion * Join one of the largest companies in the province of Lleida * Integration into a young team with an excellent working atmosphere * Competitive remuneration package based on experience provided
