Dynamic environment with opportunities for international travel At GROUP URSA, a business group specialized in animal and human nutrition, we are looking for an Export Manager to lead the international expansion of @Ribu Foodstuffs and our human nutrition brand Bruna. Through Bruna, we offer a wide range of high-quality products including dairy, Italian pasta, oils, canned goods, juices, frozen foods, and animal nutrition. Our goal is to consolidate our global presence, enter new markets, and deliver proximity-based service with high added value. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth in overseas markets by combining business development with robust account management, ensuring durable and profitable relationships with international partners. Key Responsibilities: International Business Development: Identify and open new B2B opportunities in strategic markets. Account Management: Manage, retain, and grow the portfolio of distributors, importers, and customers, acting as the primary point of contact. Commercial Strategy: Define and implement sales plans tailored to each market. Negotiation: Lead complex commercial agreements (pricing, terms, international logistics). Monitoring and Analysis: Track KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and manage activities. Customer Relations: Ensure a high level of service, identifying needs and proposing value-added solutions. Representation: Participate in international trade fairs and customer visits (30% travel). Requirements: Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), International Trade, or related field. 5–7 years of experience in international sales, preferably in FMCG or food industry. High-level English (C1\). Knowledge of French or other additional languages is highly valued. Autonomous, results-oriented profile with strong negotiation and customer management skills. Availability for approximately 30% international travel and willingness to work on-site from our offices in Lleida. We offer: Indefinite full-time employment contract.
