Various administrative functions Transportation company seeking administrative operators for its operational center on a **NIGHT SHIFT**. **Immediate start required.** **Location:** LLEIDA - SEGRIÀ - 25005 LLEIDA **Job Responsibilities Detail** \- Customer service (telephone, email, etc.). \- Fleet management. \- Billing control. \- Filing and scanning. \- Record keeping. \- Budget preparation. \- And other duties. **Requirements** * Experience: 1 month. No minimum experience required, but proficiency in Catalan and office software will be valued and considered. * Completed primary education * Completed primary education - primary education * Catalan (spoken B1 - threshold, written A2 - basic) * Spanish (spoken B1 - threshold, written A2 - basic) * Skills / knowledge: Proficiency in Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and computer use is required. Speaking Catalan is mandatory.
