




Job Summary: Kitchen assistants are sought to support social services by preparing meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and managing inventory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in ingredient preparation (fruits, vegetables, meats, fish) 2. Maintenance of kitchen hygiene and disinfection 3. Organization of cold rooms and pantry, including stock rotation Four individuals are needed to perform kitchen support tasks within the scope of social services. Main duties include ingredient preparation: washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruits, vegetables, meats, and fish. They will also be responsible for disinfecting work surfaces, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as organizing cold rooms and pantry: receiving deliveries, inspecting their condition, and ensuring proper storage and stock rotation. Additionally, they will manage the dishwashing area, including plates, pots, and glassware. To apply for this position, candidates must hold a professional certification in the hospitality sector and food hygiene training (former food handler certificate). The contract will be temporary, full-time, with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. Compensation complies with the applicable collective agreement, including a weekend work allowance.
