Job Summary: We are seeking social intervention technicians and employment counselors to promote projects, welcome and support users, conduct workshops, and carry out employment mediation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promote and disseminate projects 2. Welcome and support service users 3. Conduct workshops and individual or group tutoring Four positions need to be filled to perform duties as a social intervention technician and employment counselor in Murcia. Main responsibilities include promoting and disseminating the project, welcoming and supporting service users, implementing interventions, delivering pre-employment workshops and individual or group tutoring, and conducting labor market prospecting and employment mediation. To apply for this position, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree, licentiate degree, or diploma in Pedagogy, Psychology, Social Work, or Social Education. One year of relevant experience and advanced proficiency in office software and general-purpose applications are also valued. Working conditions include a six-month temporary contract (with potential conversion to an indefinite-term contract), full-time work from Monday to Friday, 08:00–15:30, plus one afternoon per week from 16:00–20:00. Remuneration is determined according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
