At Grupo El Castillo, we are launching a selection process to fill a Support Unit Technician position at our Special Employment Center, located in San Vicente del Raspeig (Alicante). Would you like to join our team? Main responsibilities will include, among others: * Identifying support needs to enable workers with disabilities to carry out their professional activities, through initial assessments, integration evaluations, and performance evaluations conducted throughout the employment relationship... * Designing and implementing individualized support measures across all areas of the worker’s life to facilitate their entry into and continued retention in a job. * Conducting periodic visits to workers at their service locations, traveling to municipalities where these colleagues provide services. * Developing workshops, programs, events, activities, etc., aimed at adapting work to the job position. * Managing documentation related to training plans. * Addressing necessary administrative requests. Requirements: * Higher education degree in Social Integration or university degrees in Social Education, Social Work, Psychology, or other social-science-related qualifications with specific training in social and labor inclusion of vulnerable groups. * Availability to travel to visit the service locations where Special Employment Center workers provide services. * Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license. Ability to plan, manage time effectively, and handle situations under pressure. Preferred qualifications: * Prior experience of at least one year in similar positions. * Disability certificate indicating a disability level of at least 33%.
