Serunion is seeking a Catering Services Supervisor to manage and optimize our facilities and events in the Galicia region. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will coordinate multiple business units, ensuring profitability, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * **Supervise** the proper operation of assigned facilities. * **Manage** the operations and logistics of special events. * **Monitor** profit-and-loss accounts and budgets for each unit. * **Lead**, motivate, and size work teams appropriately. * **Ensure** compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP). * **Maintain** direct commercial relationships with institutional clients. **Minimum Requirements** * Proven experience in catering services management (schools, hospitals, corporate clients). * Experience in event management or multi-unit commercial catering. * Results-oriented profile with strong leadership skills. * Residence in Galicia and willingness to travel within the region. * Valid Class B driver's license. **What We Offer** * Indefinite full-time employment contract. * Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday. * Competitive salary (fixed \+ variable component based on objectives). * Company vehicle and work tools (mobile phone, laptop). * Residence anywhere in Galicia is acceptable. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in multi-unit commercial catering or facility supervision (catering services). * **Event Management:** Demonstrable experience in large-scale event operations, logistics, and budgeting. * **Finance:** Ability to manage profit-and-loss accounts (P\&L), control food costs, and monitor staffing ratios. * **Leadership:** Prior experience managing multidisciplinary teams and middle management (e.g., kitchen managers, facility managers). * **Mobility:** Residence in Galicia, valid Class B driver's license, and full availability for daily travel between facilities. * **Regulatory Knowledge:** Solid and up-to-date knowledge of food safety, allergens, and HACCP systems.
