Home Care Assistant (Part-Time)

**Job Description:** We at **Alma Ata Salud S.L.**, a company dedicated to caring for individuals with dependency needs, are seeking a **Home Care Assistant** to join our team in Torre Pacheco. This person will be responsible for providing assistance to our users, primarily in activities of daily living, with the aim of improving their quality of life and well-being. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assistance with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, diaper changes, etc.). * Support with feeding (meal preparation, assistance during meals, etc.). * Mobility support within the home (transfers, exercises, etc.). * Accompaniment in daily activities and outings (medical appointments, walks, etc.). * Performing light domestic tasks (cleaning, laundry, etc.). * Supervision and administration of medication as instructed. * Ongoing communication with the team to monitor the user’s progress. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in elderly or dependent care (preferably in home-based settings). * Relevant training (e.g., Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle in Home-Based Care for Dependent Persons, or equivalent). * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (preferred). * Interpersonal skills, empathetic attitude, responsibility, and organizational ability. * Availability to work part-time, 35 hours per week. **We Offer:** * Part-time employment contract of 35 hours per week. * Continuous training and resources for professional development. * A positive working environment within a committed and dynamic team. * Salary aligned with the Home Care Collective Agreement.
