We are looking for Technical Services staff for our Hotel & Spa Poseidon La Manga. Responsibilities Job Description Supervise and maintain equipment and building structures according to instructions to ensure facilities remain in perfect condition for every guest arriving at the hotel. * Inspect buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Perform electrical system maintenance (e.g., replacing light bulbs and sockets, cleaning and repairing lighting panels). * Assist in installing ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems, as well as performing repairs when necessary. * Maintain heating systems and piping to ensure functionality. * Inspect alarm systems (fire, security) and schedule repairs when required. * Carry out guest-requested repairs as promptly as possible to ensure an excellent guest experience. * Assist in preparing budgets. * Incident resolution. * Painting workload. Requirements What are we looking for? * Minimum 2 years’ experience in the position offered, preferably within hotels. * Vocational training (FP) in plumbing/electrical work/masonry/mechanics. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Problem-solving skills. * Flexible availability. * Proficiency in Word, Excel, and hotel management software at user level.
