Job Summary: We are seeking a butchery and delicatessen apprentice to prepare and serve meat products, manage orders, stock, and advise customers. Key Highlights: 1. Order and inventory management We require a butchery and delicatessen apprentice in Molina de Segura (Murcia). Main responsibilities include preparing meat portions, sausages, and cold cuts; serving customers in the deli section; processing orders and handling payments; maintaining inventory levels; wrapping, weighing, and labeling products; and advising customers on food items. Prior knowledge or experience in butchery and delicatessen work is preferred. The contract is permanent, with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, respecting legally mandated rest periods. Remuneration ranges between 1\.300 and 1\.400 euros gross per month.
