In Spain, we lead the student housing sector, having developed residences in major Spanish cities. **Job Description** The main responsibilities of the selected candidate will include: * Studying the building’s installation project. * Evaluating possible modifications, alternatives, value proposals, and changes to installations. * Planning and organizing all necessary activities to ensure proper execution of works and timely completion—or even acceleration—of deadlines. * Building trust-based relationships and proactively engaging with clients and technical supervision to foster client loyalty. * Monitoring all safety measures and adherence to the safety plan. * Managing company documentation according to established procedures. * Coordinating with the quality control and commissioning contractor for building startup. **Requirements:** --------------- **Candidate Profile** The candidate must meet the following criteria: * Education as a Technical or Senior Industrial Engineer; Architects or Technical Architects with installation experience are also considered. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a construction or installation company. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Presto, Microsoft Office; Sigrid is a plus. * Dynamic profile, adaptable, and eager to join a new project
