**Description:** ---------------- **Industrial Production Engineer \| Molina de Segura** At **Grúas Sáez S.L.**, a Spanish-origin multinational company and international reference in the design and manufacturing of tower cranes, self-erecting cranes, and formwork systems for construction, we are seeking an **Industrial Production Engineer** to join our factory team in Molina de Segura. **Responsibilities:** * Planning, organizing, and monitoring production to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Designing and drafting technical drawings using Inventor Professional. * Direct coordination with production supervisors to ensure proper execution of plant operations. * Managing material orders and controlling procurement. * Analyzing and continuously improving production processes to optimize time and costs. * Participating in the development of new products within the crane and metal structures division. * Preparing technical documentation and overseeing production control. **Requirements:** --------------- * Degree in Industrial Technical Engineering, specializing in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Organization. * 4\-5 years of experience in industrial environments, preferably in production areas. * Advanced proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor Professional. * Ability to lead teams and coordinate tasks within the production process. * Organized profile with strong teamwork skills and results-oriented mindset. **We offer:** * Stable project with an indefinite contract. * Intensive working hours on Fridays. * Integration into an internationally leading company in the sector. * Positive work environment and professional development opportunities. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and value contributed.
