About ENFAF We are the leading science-based training, nutrition, and health education academy. Our community comprises thousands of industry professionals who trust our programs to transform their careers. Now we aim to go one step further and create a clothing line that embodies who we are: movement, coherence, identity, and passion for performance. **Responsibilities** ---------- What will you do in this role? You will be the **sole person responsible** for the e-commerce area, meaning your role will be both **strategic and operational**. Your responsibilities will include: * Designing and executing the launch of the ENFAF clothing online store (with external technical and branding support available as needed). * Coordinating the design, production, and product selection process with the creative team. * Managing inventory, suppliers, and distribution channels (dropshipping or in-house logistics—defined collaboratively with you). * Developing the digital marketing strategy for the apparel line: from collection naming to launch campaigns. * Overseeing e-commerce maintenance, customer service, and key metrics (conversion, ROI, retention, etc.). * Proposing, testing, and scaling new products or collaborations with athletes from the ENFAF community. **Requirements** -------------- Requirements * Prior e-commerce experience (ideally in fashion, sports, or emerging brands). * On-site work at our offices in Murcia. * Versatile profile: capable of navigating between creative aspects and operational execution. * Appreciation for design, branding, and attention to detail. * Autonomy, strategic vision, and goal-oriented working capability. * Proficiency with tools such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms. * Connection to the fitness or sports world (not mandatory, but a plus). **Benefits** -------------- What we offer * Full-time **employment contract** with competitive salary based on profile. * Real opportunity to **lead a team in the future**, should the apparel line expand. * Young, professional, and high-performance mindset environment.
