We are seeking a **Technical Architect / Construction Execution Director (CED)** to join a major construction project in Galicia, with the workplace located in the **Vigo** area. If you have experience in construction execution direction and are interested in participating in large\-scale construction projects alongside a multidisciplinary technical team, we would like to meet you. ### **What will be your mission?** You will join the team responsible for **Construction Execution Direction**, supervising work progress and ensuring compliance with the project’s technical, quality, schedule, and safety requirements. ### **Your main responsibilities** * Supervise proper execution of construction works. * Control quality of materials and completed work units. * Perform technical and economic tracking of works. * Coordinate stakeholders involved in construction execution. * Participate in site meetings and preparation of technical documentation. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and project specifications. ### **Requirements** ### **What are we looking for?** * University degree related to construction. * Between **5 and 10 years** of experience in **Construction Execution Direction** roles. * Demonstrable experience in at least one project comprising more than **10 residential units**, or in other building use projects with budgets exceeding **€6 million**. * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate resources. ### **Especially valued** * Additional experience in Construction Execution Direction. * Knowledge and practical application of **BIM** methodology. * Familiarity with the construction sector. ### **Location**
