Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to manage merchandising/pricing tools, analyze results, identify improvements, and model dynamic pricing. Key Highlights: 1. Development of statistical and Machine Learning pricing models. 2. Implementation of real-time dynamic pricing engines. 3. Identification of improvement areas and resolution of incidents. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the business area’s merchandising/pricing tools, systematically reviewing execution results, identifying any incidents/improvement areas, forwarding qualified requests to the designated business area, and reporting outcomes to the business area manager. **Key Details:** * Working hours: 39 * Hybrid remote work mode * Location: Alicante **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Developing statistical and Machine Learning (ML) models to measure customer price sensitivity based on demand. * Modeling and implementing dynamic pricing engines that react in real time to variables such as stock levels, seasonal demand, and competitor pricing to adjust our competitive advantage. * Identifying potential improvement areas together with the team. * Resolving possible incidents arising within the area. * Supervising and supporting incremental development of production applications. **What we’re looking for:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Data Analyst. * Experience coordinating teams (1 year preferred). * Advanced programming skills in SAS, Python, and R (including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and MML knowledge). * Familiarity with various software management tools: GIT, JIRA, etc. * Knowledge of Google Agent Platform (Vertex). * Advanced SQL and BigQuery expertise. * Advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query). * B2 level English. **What we offer:** * Annual performance-based bonus. * Flexible working hours. * Hybrid remote work policy. * Flexible compensation (health insurance, meal vouchers, transportation, childcare, etc.). * Employee discount. * Personalized development plan and career progression within an international environment (JD Group). * Extensive training catalog covering both hard and soft skills (languages, technical training, etc.). * On-site sports facilities. **About the group:** We opened our first Sprinter store in Valencia in 1995 and have since become the destination for those passionate about sport and sportswear fashion.
