We operate across the entire real estate value chain and champion diversity, respect, and equal opportunity regardless of gender. ### **Profile** We seek a committed individual to join our Technical Office team in Málaga at a national-level real estate development and construction company, to support the execution of our distinctive residential projects in Madrid and Málaga. Your role will be pivotal in the technical development of projects: drafting technical reports, preparing budgets, producing graphical documentation, and conducting technical-economic analyses. You will work closely with construction teams, clients, and other disciplines (architecture, installations, structural engineering, and interior design), always under the supervision of your manager. ### **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain an updated price database and item descriptions. * Establish the technological foundations for various upcoming projects. * Conduct technical and economic studies of projects (drawings, budgets, technical reports). * Define technical specifications for upcoming contracts. * Support the evaluation of technical proposals submitted by bidders. * Assess the technical feasibility of bids and propose possible alternatives. * Monitor ongoing projects. * Liaise with clients regarding renovations and customizations. ### **Requirements** * **Degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering.** * **Proven experience in building construction is essential.** * **Advanced level of English.** * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Presto software is a plus. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Familiarity with current regulations and legislation regarding occupational health and safety, as well as building codes and quality standards. * Skills in planning, organization, and proposing technical improvements and alternatives. * Ability to adapt to change and manage pressure in a dynamic environment. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and within teams.
