The role involves close collaboration with the administration and management teams to guarantee transparency and efficiency in financial management. Record and manage the organization's accounting using the A3 software. Prepare and file taxes (VAT, Personal Income Tax). Perform bank reconciliations and treasury monitoring. Prepare financial reports and support audits. Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget. Manage the organization's accounting and tax documentation. Support in the economic justification of grants and projects. Profile: Degree in Accounting, Business Administration and Management, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting. Proficiency in A3 advisory software and knowledge of accounting and tax regulations. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). Fluent use of Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Gmail). Analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Autonomy and ability to manage multiple tasks. Commitment to the values of the third sector and teamwork.
