Description

The Agricultural Cooperative of Paradas S.C.A. seeks to hire an **assistant for the olive fermentation yard** for the upcoming green olive curing campaign. **Main responsibilities:** * Transport cooked olives from the cookers to the fermentation tanks. * Assist with tasks required for filling and monitoring the fermentation tanks. * General cleaning, organization, and maintenance of the olive fermentation yard. * Collaborate on other tasks related to the campaign's execution. **Position duration:** The contract is initially intended for the green olive curing campaign, approximately from **September to November**, depending on production needs. Although this is a seasonal position, **there is potential for continued employment with the cooperative** after the campaign ends, subject to the hired person’s performance and the company’s needs. **Working hours:** Monday to Saturday, with arrival time approximately between **5:00 and 6:00 AM**, and departure between **12:00 and 13:00 PM**, depending on the daily volume of olives to be transported. **Requirements and desirable qualifications:** * Prior experience in olive yards will be valued. * Responsible, formal, punctual, and solution-oriented individual. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Availability throughout the entire campaign period. * Willingness to perform physical labor and maintenance tasks. **Salary:** Compensation according to the **Seville Agricultural Collective Bargaining Agreement**.
