**Functions and Responsibilities**
----------------------
* Carry out technical and emergency planning tasks assigned by the risk technician.
* Participate in all practical instruction or operational training exercises as required.
* Draft any type of report related to assigned missions.
* Responsible for drafting and implementing Operational Standards and Technical Instructions of the Emergency Quality Management System (SICAE) applicable to their role.
* Acts as the GREA liaison and advises Emergency Management during emergencies, analyzing and managing available information to support decision-making.
* Assess the emergency and determine the need to deploy resources.
* Ensure the Advanced Command Post is established timely and correctly at incidents or events in which they participate.
* Responsible for GREA personnel and equipment deployed at incidents or events.
* Ensure information regarding the emergency is transmitted to the GREA Base.
* Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in the incident or event area concerning personnel under their supervision.
* Helicopter-supported operations.
* Perform any functions inherent to their unit and position, as assigned by superiors.

### **Education**
#### **Academic Qualification**
* Hold an official Spanish university degree: Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Licentiate Degree, or Master’s Degree (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).
#### **Languages**
* Official English certification, minimum level B1
### **Other Mandatory Requirements**
* Valid Type B driving license (to be attached during registration).
* Physical fitness tests: Candidates must pass the physical fitness tests required for this position, detailed in the “Physical Fitness Assessment Tests for Access” observations.

* Bachelor’s, Engineering, Licentiate, or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Marine Sciences (such qualifications must be documented upon application submission).
* Engineering, Master’s in Computer Engineering, or Licentiate Degree in Computer Science (such qualifications must be documented upon application submission).
* Certified training in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) (such training must be documented upon application submission).
* Certified training in Civil Protection and Emergency Management (such training must be documented upon application submission).
### **Prior Experience**
* Between 1 and 2 years of experience in Geodatabase or relational databases (such experience must be documented upon application submission via CV and employment record).
* Between 1 and 5 years of experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) (such experience must be documented upon application submission via CV and employment record).
**Observations**

* Offer includes:
+ Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 9 months, if applicable.
+ Full-time work schedule.

Upon completion of the selection stages, candidates not excluded must pass the physical fitness tests for access to the GREA technical group position, consisting of:
+ Aquatic adaptation test: 25 m swim \+ ring retrieval from pool bottom \+ 25 m freestyle swim
+ Strength test: Push-ups on floor
+ Agility test: Obstacle course run (Barrow test)
+ Endurance evaluation: PackTest or backpack test (45 minutes)
