We need to hire a **Logistics Administrator** for our Contract business unit, dedicated to the comprehensive development of turnkey projects. You will participate in coordinating logistical and documentary processes, contributing to the efficient and timely execution of each project. **What will be your mission?** Provide support in coordinating operations, managing international logistics documentation, resolving incidents, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Support the organization of daily/weekly shipments and prioritize according to project needs. * Monitor transport service inquiries and validate proposals. * Manage and resolve complex incidents related to shipments, deliveries, and transportation. * Support coordination of factory logistics, load planning, and adherence to schedules. * Review and/or generate identification labels for packages or loading materials. * Monitor transport requests from clients. * Ensure proper administrative management of logistics documentation (CMR, packing list, waybills, etc.). * Control documentation sent to clients: invoices, certificates, and other attachments. * Validate document uploads onto client platforms. * Ensure strict compliance with internal procedures and those of clients. Additional training in logistics, supply chain, or international trade will be valued. **Experience** Minimum 2–4 years in logistics, transportation, or documentary management. Experience working with demanding clients or multinational companies is desirable. **Technical knowledge** Advanced proficiency in Office 365. International logistics documentation (CMR, packing list, invoices, etc.).
