Main responsibilities
Draft the reservation contracts and all other contractual documentation for each transaction, based on the group's templates.
Prepare notarial signings: collect and review the parties' documentation, coordinate signing dates with the notary, agents, and clients, and verify that nothing is missing before the signing.
Provide administrative support to agents in tracking each transaction: deadlines, milestones, and communications with clients.
Keep operation and client information up to date in the group's CRM, as well as the documentary file for each case.
Coordinate with the group's legal and finance departments as required by each transaction.
Requirements
Proficient handling of contractual documentation: reading, understanding, completing, and identifying missing or inconsistent elements.
Order and rigor: here, an incorrectly recorded detail or a late-arriving document can delay a signing.
Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously, each with inflexible deadlines.
Careful written and telephone communication: you will serve as the client's administrative point of contact during key moments of the purchase process.
Salary: €15,494.20–€26,009.70 per year
