




Job Summary: We are looking for a Fishmonger with passion for retail and fresh products to join our team, responsible for receiving, handling, and displaying fish, as well as assisting in management. Opportunity to join a growing international company As part of the store team and reporting to the Seafood Market Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Conducting daily receipt of goods (fish), ensuring quality and freshness upon entry. * Handling, cleaning, and cutting fish while maintaining standards of freshness and quality. * Setting up the fish counter to ensure all varieties are readily accessible. * Recommending, advising, and informing customers about product features to deliver an excellent shopping experience. * Cleaning, organizing, and supervising fish-handling equipment and utensils, as well as maintaining facilities (cold rooms and drains). * Collaborating with the Seafood Market Manager in supervising tasks and managing the fishmonger team. * Monitoring existing stock levels and supporting the Seafood Market Manager in conducting inventories and placing orders.
