Description
We are currently seeking to hire a **Social Teleoperator** to join our offices located at **Madrid (Avda. Manoteras, 18\)** to **make outbound calls** providing **telephone-based emotional support and companionship**, and to **handle telephone emergencies** from users of the telecare service.
**What will you do in this role and what will your responsibilities be?**
* Making calls to provide emotional support and telephone-based companionship to users, offering active listening, psychological containment, and guidance, as well as conducting awareness-raising campaigns promoting user wellbeing.
* Handling emergencies reported by telecare service users at the response center, received remotely or via telephone call, using management systems and applications, applying techniques and skills that guarantee service quality, personalized treatment, and confidentiality.

* Temporary contract.
* Working hours:
+ **Morning shift (40h/week)**: Monday to Sunday, 7:00–15:00, days off assigned according to rota.
+ **Afternoon shift (30h/week)**: Monday to Sunday, 15:00–21:00, days off assigned according to rota.
+ **Afternoon shift (40h/week)**: Monday to Sunday, 15:00–23:00, days off assigned according to rota.
* Salary:
+ **40h/week**: €1,271.41 gross/month \+ two extra payments \+ holiday/Sunday bonus: €22.25 gross/day
+ **30h/week**: €953.55 gross/month \+ two extra payments \+ holiday/Sunday bonus: €22.25 gross/day
* Work arrangement: **100% on-site**
* Office location: **Avda. Manoteras, 18 (Hortaleza)**
**Key skills and experience:**
* Compulsory completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO) or equivalent.
* Strong communication and emotional management skills are essential to interact effectively with users during emergency situations and to provide emotional support when required.
* Proficiency in office software and typing skills to accurately and efficiently record information during telecare calls.
* Desirable: Intermediate or higher vocational training in the socio-healthcare field, or professional certification in telecare call handling.
