She operates three restaurants, three gourmet and kitchenware stores in Madrid, a catering service hosting events for up to four thousand people, and an e-commerce website shipping her food products and kitchen, tableware, and home décor accessories across Europe. She also handles corporate gifting orders of up to 10\.000 units for a single company.
