It is currently evolving toward a modern engineering model integrating Cloud Native, DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Artificial Intelligence to deliver capabilities in self-service mode and eliminate ticket-based operations. Opportunity to work with emerging technologies in automation and AI applied to engineering. * **Key responsibilities:** * Design reference architectures, technology standards, and design patterns for new platform capabilities. * Design and evolve the Internal Developer Platform (IDP), advancing the Platform-as-a-Product concept and enhancing the developer experience. * Define scalability, resilience, and high-availability strategies for distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures. * Establish end-to-end observability strategies based on OpenTelemetry and lead analysis of critical incidents. Act as a technical reference and provide mentorship to development roles, technical leads, and architects. * **Mandatory requirements:** * Solid software development and distributed systems experience (typically over 10 years). * Demonstrable track record of over 5 years in architecture roles for mission-critical technology platforms. * Advanced knowledge of Java (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud) and the Cloud Native ecosystem (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm). * Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and microservice design. * Mastery of design patterns (SOLID, DDD, Hexagonal Architecture) and API standards (OpenAPI, AsyncAPI). * Experience with automation tools and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible). Deep knowledge of security (OAuth2, OIDC, mTLS, Vault) and relational and NoSQL databases. * **Desirable requirements:** * Experience in investment banking, financial markets, or electronic trading environments. * Knowledge of GitOps (ArgoCD, FluxCD) and advanced observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). * Familiarity with applying Artificial Intelligence to the software lifecycle (GitHub Copilot, LLMs). * Knowledge of network infrastructures, distributed storage, and multi-zone/multi-data-center (Data Processing Centers) deployments. **Skills:** Docker (Software), Kubernetes, Python (Programming Language)
