




We are looking for an experienced network technician to join the team at a network operations center (NOC) within a major international telecommunications company. Main responsibilities will include continuous network monitoring, proactive incident management, and resolution of common issues following established procedures. The candidate will also be responsible for logging and tracking service tickets, escalating those requiring specialized intervention to the back office team or third parties, thereby ensuring service quality. Additionally, the role involves conducting periodic tests on voice, data, and television services, reporting any anomalies. The working schedule is rotational, covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts, including weekends, with a weekly workload of 38 hours. * Prior experience performing tasks equal or similar to those described. * We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is a plus. Higher education in Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields.
