




DESCRIPTION Siliconhr is seeking an experienced Paid Search Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pay-per-click (PPC) advertising strategies, campaign optimization, and data analysis to drive performance and return on investment. This role is critical for developing and executing effective paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring our clients achieve their marketing objectives. As a Paid Search Executive, you will be responsible for managing budgets, conducting keyword research, writing compelling ad copy, and monitoring campaign performance to identify areas for improvement. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize the effectiveness of our paid search initiatives. We are looking for someone proactive, analytical, and passionate about digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing paid search campaigns. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and contribute to Siliconhr’s growth. REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in a similar position Advertising platform tools such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush; and data management tools such as Google Tag Manager. Other common tools include social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok), data visualization software (Looker Studio), and competitive analysis tools (Ahrefs).
