




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Engineer or Technician to coordinate security installations, lead teams, and manage projects to high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Management and Productivity Responsibilities \- Coordinate Security Installations/Construction Projects. * Lead and manage the assigned team. * Identify and select solution types to be implemented, as well as procedural and quality standards. * Manage project productivity. * Monitor own work and that of the team. * Achieve established objectives. Requirements \- Education: Engineer (Electronics or Telecommunications) or Vocational Training Level 2 / Higher Vocational Training Cycle, provided relevant sector and role experience is substantial. * Experience managing electrical installations (CCTV, access control, etc.). * Experience managing resources—human, financial, and material. * Experience managing subcontractors. * Strong interpersonal skills with clients and staff. * Willingness to travel within the northern region. * Flexible working hours and strong professional commitment. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Languages: Spanish is mandatory; English is desirable.
