VIARIUM was founded in 2010 with the mission of being recognized for delivering the highest quality and service to our clients, supported by a competent and professional team committed to continuous improvement and innovation. **Your Mission** You will join the Projects Department as a Technician under the Services Contract for planning and coordination of commercial projects, and construction supervision in commercial areas at Madrid, Northern Zone, and Canary Islands airports. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** Your key responsibilities will include: * Participation in the commercial project lifecycle. * Construction supervision. * Review and validation of projects submitted by operators. * Preparation of monoplanes. * Coordination among all involved stakeholders. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite-term contract. * Full-time working hours. * Possibility to flexibilize your schedule. * A comprehensive set of measures supporting work-life balance for all our employees. REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for?** * Architect, Technical Architect, or equivalent degree, with at least 5 years of professional experience. * Demonstrable experience in the functions described above. * Stakeholder management: negotiation, communication, and building trust-based relationships. * Intermediate level of AutoCAD proficiency. * Prior experience in airport or retail environments is desirable. * Availability to work on-site in Las Rozas.
