Project Manager / Engineering Delivery Lead – Automatic Test Systems (ATS)
Do you have experience managing complex engineering projects and are passionate about coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-value technological solutions? We are seeking an Engineering Delivery Lead to drive the development and delivery of Automatic Test Systems (ATS) within strategic programs.
Your Mission
You will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and delivering automatic test benches and test equipment, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and technical requirements. You will act as the liaison between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and the customer to guarantee each project’s success.
What You’ll Do
✅ Lead end-to-end project management for Automatic Test Systems (ATS).
✅ Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across hardware, software, integration, and testing.
✅ Oversee technical execution and system test integration.
✅ Ensure achievement of milestones, deliverables, and contractual requirements.
✅ Manage technical risks, incidents, and schedule deviations.
✅ Coordinate with manufacturing, quality assurance, procurement, and supply chain to ensure equipment and material availability.
✅ Serve as the technical point of contact for customers and program managers.
✅ Supervise verification, validation, and system acceptance activities.
✅ Coordinate technical reviews, acceptance tests, and final deliveries.
✅ Provide periodic updates on project progress, risks, and milestones.

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Aeronautics, or a related field.
Experience managing engineering or complex technological systems projects.
**Experience in:**
Test benches and Automatic Test Systems (ATE/ATS).
Integration, verification, and validation systems.
Coordination of multidisciplinary technical teams.
Supplier management and industrial environments.
Leadership, organizational, and results-oriented capabilities.
