At the **Hotel Brach Madrid**, we are looking to hire a full-time **Reception Assistant** to strengthen our Front Office team. We seek a proactive, detail-oriented individual with experience in luxury hotels or high-end hospitality, who embodies the brand’s values of excellence and hospitality. **RECEPTION ASSISTANT** **Job Mission** To provide efficient operational and administrative support to the Front Office department, contributing to the proper preparation of processes, accuracy in recordkeeping, and courteous guest service, thereby ensuring seamless service delivery. **Responsibilities** * Personalized sale of all services offered to guests across various hotel departments. * Assist in preparing documentation for scheduled arrivals on the day. * Support guest arrival and departure procedures, as well as related accounting and billing activities. * Assist with guest check-in and check-out. * Update guest records in the system. * Assist with invoice collection, verifying last-minute services and confirming accuracy of charges. * Support billing closing procedures. * Handle and manage room reservations under supervision. * Provide support to the Concierge section as needed. * Maintain confidentiality and uphold the brand’s image of excellence at all times. * Perform other related duties assigned to ensure smooth departmental and hotel operations. **Required Profile** * Education in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields (in progress or completed). * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in hotel front office or customer service. * Proficiency in Spanish and English at intermediate–advanced level. * Additional languages at intermediate level are desirable. * Basic knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS), preferably Opera Cloud or similar. * Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office suite. * Familiarity with front office, reservation, and billing processes. * Basic knowledge of the city and nearby tourist services. * Service-oriented mindset and supportive attitude. * Clear and courteous communication. * Teamwork skills. * Organizational ability and attention to detail. * Capacity for learning and adaptation. * Kindness, patience, and emotional control. * Proactivity and willingness to collaborate. **What We Offer?** * Permanent employment contract. * Meal vouchers. * Join a luxury hotel with a solid and growing project. * Excellent working environment and multicultural team. * Compensation and conditions commensurate with experience and position.
