At **Paralegal Iberconsulting Team, S.L.**, we seek to onboard a student intern for the **administrative\-accounting** department, primarily involved in managing and controlling the company’s financial documentation.
The internship will focus mainly on expense accounting and organization, invoice review, and support in internal administrative processes. It is an ideal opportunity for students seeking real-world experience in practical accounting and the internal operations of a professional services firm.
Training Responsibilities:
* Collection, review, and organization of invoices and expense receipts.
* Preparation of accounting documentation for recording.
* Basic entry and accounting of expense and supplier invoices.
* Monitoring and tracking of internal expenses.
* Verification that documentation meets formal requirements (tax identification data, dates, amounts, etc.).
* Digital and physical archiving of financial documentation.
* Support in basic expense and receipt reconciliation.
* Use of accounting software (**Sage 50** or similar).
* Document management using **Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Calendar)**.
* Occasional administrative support to the HR department (employee documentation, contracts, filing, and administrative follow-up).
Requirements:
* Student currently enrolled in:
* Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration and Finance (preferred)
* Ability to sign a training agreement.
* Basic knowledge of accounting.
* Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Excel.
* Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented individual.
* Interest in learning practical accounting.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience (even academic) in invoice or expense accounting.
* Familiarity with **Sage 50** or similar accounting software.
* Knowledge of document management.
* Strong judgment in reviewing financial documentation.
* Dynamic, organized, and proactive profile.
