Responsibilities \- Processing transportation application files. * In-person user support: handling administrative procedures, courier services, and individual clients. * Telephone support for user inquiries and incidents. * Managing email inboxes for inquiries and consultations. * Maintaining and archiving physical and digital files. Requirements \- Over 10 years of experience in this role. * Qualification: High school diploma (Bachillerato), BUP, COU, or Vocational Training. * Proficiency in office software.
