Junior PMO (Temporary)

Description

As a Junior PMO within the CTDO Office, you will provide direct support to the Chief Technology Data Officer, acting as the operational hub for coordinating strategic initiatives, governance, and document management. You will play a key role in helping structure information, preparing executive content (e.g., town halls and steering committees), and facilitating the tracking of strategic projects. What will you do at Allianz? * Coordinate governance and leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, supporting materials, and action item follow-up. * Develop executive presentations (town halls, steering committees, strategic meetings) ensuring message clarity and quality. * Draft briefing documents, speech notes, and executive summaries for the CTDO. * Manage and organize document repositories in tools such as SharePoint, ensuring version control and consistency. * Track strategic initiatives by collecting progress updates, identifying risks, and preparing status reports. * Coordinate internal stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment across technology and data teams. * Drive operational improvements through digital tools and automation (including AI-based solutions). * Support the definition of agendas and strategic topics together with the CTDO’s office. What does Allianz need from you? * University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, consulting, or similar roles (or relevant internships). * Ability to structure information and develop clear, visual executive presentations. * Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaborative tools (MS Teams, SharePoint). * Fluent Spanish and English. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and results orientation. * Corporate environment experience is a plus. * Interest in or experience in Technology and/or Data domains. * Familiarity with automation tools or AI applied to productivity tasks. * Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
