Opportunity to be part of a social inclusion mission. **Description:** ---------------- At **AMÁS Foundation**, our mission is to support each person with intellectual disabilities and their family in developing their life project, as well as to promote their inclusion as full citizens, contributing to building a fairer and more solidarity-based society. We are seeking two **Maintenance Professionals** to carry out technical tasks—including inspection, review, and comprehensive maintenance—at the entity’s centers located in Leganés, Alcorcón, Fuenlabrada, and Móstoles (travel between centers will be conducted using the company vehicle). Main responsibilities include: * General maintenance tasks related to painting, assembly, etc. * Maintenance of electrical systems (e.g., replacing light bulbs and sockets, cleaning and repairing, etc.) * Maintenance and repair of water, climate control, and boiler room installations. * General locksmithing and carpentry work. * Manual repairs (e.g., fixing locks, replacing windows, etc.) * Transporting and assembling furniture. * Construction and repair of parts and structures in various materials using welding equipment, milling machines, planers, grinders, drills, and other precision tools. * Work at height using ladders, aerial work platforms, and roof access. * Other related duties. Offered: **TEMPORARY CONTRACT** (approximate duration of 3 months, with possibility of extension). **FULL-TIME POSITION** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 08:30–16:30 Friday: 08:30–16:15 One Saturday per month: 08:30–12:30 Substitution contract, with potential for continuity. **Preference will be given to candidates holding a Disability Certificate of 33% or higher.** **IMMEDIATE START** Salary according to the Collective Agreement for Centers and Services for People with Disabilities (€1,419 gross per month; 14 annual payments \+ weekly on-call duty as per work schedule (€110 gross per on-call shift)).
