Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced construction project management leader in Madrid to supervise teams, improve processes, and direct complex technical interventions. Key Highlights: 1. Leads project management teams and improves construction processes. 2. Leads technically demanding projects, including historical building rehabilitation. 3. Manages all project phases, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget. We are looking for a candidate with proven experience to lead construction project management in Madrid. Your primary responsibility will be the supervision and development of a team of project managers, continuously striving to improve how we execute construction works and ensuring that everyone operates as a unified team. You will oversee interventions requiring a high level of technical expertise—such as the rehabilitation of historically significant buildings—where your judgment will be critical to successful outcomes. You will be responsible for all project phases, from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards, planned timelines, and approved budgets. You will serve as the liaison point between owners, stakeholders, and key decision-makers, promoting clear and effective communication to ensure smooth project progress. Demonstrable experience in the construction or real estate development sector is essential, with a minimum of five years’ specific experience—including managing teams of Project Managers and leading large-scale residential or rehabilitation projects. We place particular emphasis on your ability to train and guide technical professionals, as well as independently manage substantial budgets. Strong negotiation skills, a clear business-oriented vision, and direct, transparent communication with senior management are indispensable. A university degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, or Higher Engineering is required. Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Presto is considered a strong advantage. **Contract:** Permanent, full-time. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Building Engineering, or a Higher Engineering qualification. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the construction/real estate development sector. Experience managing teams of Project Managers and large-scale residential or rehabilitation projects. Ability to mentor technical professionals. Experience independently managing high-value budgets. High-level negotiation skills. Business-oriented vision. Direct and transparent communication. Willingness to travel nationwide. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Presto.
