




A major group of companies with over 20 years of experience in its sector is seeking to incorporate personnel into its administration department. The responsibilities include: * Administrative tasks and procedures related to vocational training for employment for employed individuals * Management and control of documentation related to training activities * Management and control of teaching staff documentation * Monitoring of training activities * Use of the Canary Islands Employment Service applications for managing training activities (**GESFORC** (Management System for Training for Employed Individuals)) Requirements: * Knowledge of the GESFORC platform * Experience managing training calls for employed individuals from the Canary Islands Employment Service/Funcatra * Medium-level Vocational Training qualification or higher education degree * Experience in administrative tasks * Teamwork skills * Methodical and organized individual Experience in training centers collaborating with the Canary Islands Employment Service and Funcatra will be valued.
