Now, we want to welcome a motivated, energetic individual eager to develop professionally in personnel recruitment. **What We Offer:** * A **1-year contract**, with potential for internal advancement. * **Official online training**, fully covered by the company. * **Part-time schedule of 26 hours per week** (mornings, Monday to Friday). * Salary of €926 gross/month. * A close-knit, dynamic environment focused on professional development. **Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:** * Posting job openings and conducting resume screening. * Coordinating and conducting interviews (telephone and in-person). * Managing end-to-end recruitment processes. * Collaborating with various companies to identify hiring needs. * Providing administrative support to the HR department. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently **unemployed**. * Beneficiary of the **Youth Guarantee System**. * Training in **HR, Psychology**, or related fields.
