Technical\-Commercial Support: * Collaborate with the Engineering department and Commercial Back Office in preparing technical and commercial proposals. * Transform customer needs into viable technical solutions aligned with GAM Robotics’ capabilities. * Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for commercial proposals. * Analyze technical feasibility of solutions at customer sites. * Supplier and Documentation Management: * Request and analyze technical\-economic information from key suppliers to ensure proposal competitiveness. * Manage technical documentation required for assigned proposals and projects. * Customer Interaction: * Participate in meetings with customers to understand their technical and commercial needs. * Provide advice to the sales network based on customer requirements. * Deliver technical support during pre-sales, explaining proposed solutions and technologies. * Cross-Departmental Collaboration: * Work closely with the Business Development Manager to identify opportunities. * Align designed solutions with the objectives of the Engineering Manager and Project Manager. * Continuous Improvement and Updating: * Stay informed about technological trends in mobile robotics. * Propose improvements to technical and commercial processes to increase efficiency.
