**Why do we need you?** We are looking to hire a Billing Technician to join Saint-Gobain’s Billing team, providing support to various group companies. You will be responsible for ensuring the correct management of billing processes and maintenance of commercial data in SAP, closely collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, Risk Management, Finance, Logistics, and IT departments to guarantee process quality and efficiency. On a day-to-day basis, your main responsibilities will include: * Managing the full billing cycle, including invoice issuance, credit notes, re-billing, and resolution of documentary incidents. * + ️ Maintaining and updating customer and material master data in SAP, ensuring the quality and reliability of information used across business areas. * Managing pricing, discounts, commercial terms, offers, and specific customer agreements, ensuring their correct configuration and application in SAP. * Participating in the analysis and resolution of incidents related to orders, pricing, billing, and commercial processes, collaborating with the relevant departments. * Acting as an expert user of the SAP SD module, participating in continuous improvement, automation, and digital transformation projects for business processes. * Collaborating with commercial teams across different business units, Customer Service, Risk Management, Management Control, Finance, and IT to ensure an agile, customer-oriented service. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with constant interaction across various company departments and active participation in process and digital tool improvement projects. **Is this role right for you?** We are seeking a candidate with a background in Administration, Finance, or Business Management, and experience in billing and commercial administrative processes, accustomed to working in dynamic environments with high volumes of information and cross-departmental interaction. Preferred qualifications include: * Degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance, Economics, Administrative Management, or a related field. * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in roles related to billing, commercial administration, customer management, or sales support functions. * Knowledge and experience with SAP, especially the SD (Sales & Distribution) module. * Advanced proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel. * Experience with analytical and reporting tools such as QlikView or similar. * Intermediate level of English. French or Portuguese language skills are considered an advantage. * Experience managing customer and material master data, pricing, discounts, and commercial terms.
