Job Summary: We are seeking a Back Office Data Center Engineer to provide specialized technical support, collaborate with internal and external teams, and ensure compliance with operational procedures. Today, we remain leaders thanks to a diverse, world-class workforce that places the customer at the center of everything we do. **About the Role** **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Provide specialized back-office technical support for data center equipment and HVAC solutions, remotely supporting multiple projects * Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, engineering, technical service, operations, and finance) to support data center operations and resolve escalated technical issues * Provide technical-commercial support, including coordination, technical follow-up, and documentation support * Deliver technical training and customer support to clients and their teams on equipment operation, maintenance, and features—primarily in remote and commercial support environments * Ensure compliance with operational, quality, and safety procedures, aligning technical and commercial processes with internal regulations **Basic Requirements** ---------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or HVAC systems specialization * 3+ years of experience in the Data Center or HVAC industry in a technical support, commercial support, or technical back-office role * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Willingness and ability to travel for client- or data center-related assignments when required (infrequently) * Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level) **Preferred Qualifications** ------------------------ * Solid knowledge of data center equipment and solutions * Ability to coordinate, support, and motivate technical teams from a centralized support position * Strong analytical, planning, and technical-commercial management skills * Ability to interpret and understand scope of work, technical documentation, and commercial proposals * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both customers and internal teams * Experience managing multiple simultaneous tasks and projects requiring coordination across technical and commercial disciplines * Clearly team-oriented and customer-service-focused profile, always prioritizing end-customer interests * Portuguese / French and/or German (spoken and written) **Our Commitment to You** Our greatest asset is the experience, creativity, and passion of our employees.
