At El Corte Inglés, our work is a shared passion.** **The project awaiting you.** We are seeking to temporarily hire a **Senior Fashion and Content Producer** to lead the end-to-end production of photographic and audiovisual campaigns for our women’s, men’s, and children’s fashion brands. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, coordinating creative teams, agencies, models, photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and suppliers—ensuring excellence in the execution of each production. They will also participate in budget negotiations, talent contracting, logistics management, administrative follow-up, and post-production supervision. We seek an individual capable of combining creative vision, operational excellence, and passion for fashion to lead productions that bring our campaigns and brand content to life. **Key responsibilities and requirements.** **Responsibilities** ------------- * Manage photographic and audiovisual production projects comprehensively—from pre-production through final delivery of materials. * Coordinate photo shoots and filming sessions for fashion campaigns, working closely with creative teams, agencies, suppliers, and internal departments. * Contract and coordinate specialized talent—including models, photographers, stylists, makeup artists, set designers, and technical crews. * Negotiate financial terms, usage rights, and agreements with agencies, representatives, professionals, and suppliers. * Manage locations, permits, travel arrangements, and logistical needs for each production. * Supervise production progress, anticipate requirements, and resolve issues to ensure adherence to established deadlines. * Develop, monitor, and optimize budgets, ensuring each project meets its financial objectives. * Validate invoices, manage contracts, and handle associated administrative follow-up for productions. * Oversee editing, photo retouching, and audiovisual post-production processes, guaranteeing final material quality. * Maintain consistent communication with internal teams and external collaborators to ensure smooth project execution. * Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging creative references related to fashion and visual communication. **Requirements** -------------- * Prior experience of 3–5 years in production roles—preferably within fashion, lifestyle, agencies, media, or other creative environments. * Sensitivity, knowledge, and interest in the fashion industry and its trends. * Experience coordinating photo shoots, filming sessions, and brand content production. * Ability to negotiate with agencies, representatives, suppliers, and creative talent. * Highly organized, solution-oriented, autonomous, and detail-focused profile. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders and fostering cross-team collaboration in dynamic and demanding environments. * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally. * Education in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related disciplines (desirable). * Advanced English proficiency (C1\). * Proficiency with Mac-based tools and Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of and interest in emerging technologies and artificial intelligence trends. * Fixed-term contract.
